ABOUT US
The Project was being implemented by a consortium of three international consulting companies – Pohl Consulting & Associates (Germany), Altair Asesores (Spain) and EIR Development Partners (Greece) – with substantial experience in the fields of economic development, impact assessment and business communications.
Project Manager on behalf of the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship was Ms Jasminka Keser. Ms Keser is Head of Project Preparation and Implementation Section within the Small Business Directorate. She has a long-age experiance in development and implementation of ICT solutions for payment operations, accounting, audit and finance, finacial-economic analyses, state statistics and budget operations. She also has a long-age managing experiance in designing information systems, developing and introducing information systems in business activities and designing organizational systems and IT solutions for managing a project portfolio in telecomunications sector. She is formar Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Finance and formar director of the State Treasury Project.
Project Director is Mr Labinot Carreti. Mr Carreti is an economist with extensive experience in the implementation of business development and economic reform projects in South-Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to his current position at Pohl Consulting & Associates, he was involved in the activities of the Council of Europe and IOM in Western Balkans.
Members of the Project team was:
Dr Ricardo Pinto - Team lider. Mr Pinto is an economic geographer who has worked throughout South-Eastern Europe advising on business development and economic reforms. Prior to becoming a consultant, he was on the staff of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Mr Chris McLean - Public Relations Expert / Deputy Team Leader. Mr McLean is a lawyer by training but has worked in public relations for the past 25 years. For the last decade, he has worked in Central and South-Eastern Europe advising public bodies on improving communications and implementing public awareness campaign.
Mr Damir Azenić - Project Administrator
Ms Lana Dodig - Interpreter.
In addition, we involved a team of short-term national and international experts working on various Project activities.
