Welcome to the website of the BIZimpact II Project (Improving Information to the Croatian Business Community)

The project aims to improve the business environment in Croatia and enhance the competitiveness of Croatian small businesses.

The BIZimpact II project lasts for two years from March 2013 to March 2015 and is a follow-up to the first BIZimpact Project successfully implemented in 2007-2009. It forms part of the “Regional Competitiveness Improvement Programme” funded by the European Union and the Government of the Republic of Croatia.

The main beneficiary of the project is the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts (MINPO). Other beneficiaries are the Croatian Agency for SMEs and Investment (HAMAG INVEST), the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK), the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HOK), the Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP) and the Croatian Association of Co-operatives (HSZ).

Other stakeholders, including public institutions, small businesses, crafts and co-operatives, will benefit from the activities of the project.

Project activities will cover all of Croatia, ensuring that skills, information and knowledge are widely transmitted.
